You know as well as I do that US gun violence is a national issue, irresolvable for historical and cultural reasons. It isn't here because of laws made in legislatures at the will of our people. Canada developed differently from the US with a legacy at the top of the world's social progress index. We're practising inclusion, taking in more immigrants per capita than any other country with very little complaining, embracing diversity in every form, reasons we rate so highly in the Index while anger and intolerance seems raging everywhere, notably in the US and UK.
