No, without question it does not.

That said each incident of supposed or real law enforcement over-reach seems to start with someone failing to listen to the police officer at least, or completely resisting arrest, to assaulting the police. The dominant factor seems to be not race but stupidity and or criminality.

I have taught my children as I was, treat people with good manners regardless and don't argue with police. Calmly say what you think is true when asked, and if things are not right clam up. Either way don't be an idiot and fight them, they have the presumptive color of authority, and have guns. If the police are wrong work it out in court.

Rather than judge by a small video slice of an incident from a poor angle, I believe I will wait for more facts and in this case the several recordings from officer and dashcams.

The good news is the latest incident has multiple recordings. Police departments today unfortunately require this now as the news media sensationalizes incidents for democrat party turn-out purposes.

Yes the police make mistakes. Yes the police go wrong and do bad things, but that is the exception that must be dealt with when it occurs. That said the media will never zero in on the real problem which is resistance by habitual criminals.
