PS: I don't care about how Canada does business except where it effects the USA. They are a different nation, different social make-up, with a different legal traditions. They can govern themselves, we can govern ourselves.

PPS: my previous post refer to the Sterling and before incidents, I still do not know enough about the castile incident to comment, save all incidents should be throughly investigated
