Or perhaps, when one is a minority and regularly sees civilian and law enforcement videos depicting the questionable shooting of minorities by law enforcement with little to no consequences or changes in policies resulting in protecting the officers, they succumb to hopelessness and fear. Which makes for a dangerous person.
