I fully concede that Blacks have a high criminality rate, compared to Whites, because they also have a high poverty rate.

But the FBI does not have homicide breakdowns by the wealth of the perpetrator or the victim that I know of.

But Blacks do get shot by policemen at disproportionately high rates because they have a very high criminality rate, compared to Whites, so they have a disproportionately high rate of interactions with policemen.


Without examining more sources of data that look at more than just race as the demographic variable I'd suggest your conclusions are faulty as they are based off of too little information.
