Per capita, murderers occur in the Black population at six times the rate murderers occur in the White population. Are you disputing that?

The Democrats and their media are also making the argument that Blacks are incarcerated at a much higher rate than Whites because of discrimination. Again, Blacks' high criminality rate explains their highly disproportionate incarceration rate.

Most Blacks are not criminals. Most of the victims of Black criminals are Blacks. But, compared to Whites, Blacks have a very high rate of criminality, along with their high rates of police interactions, being shot by policeman, and being incarcerated.
