The degradation of what is considered the "Black Community" is intentional, and has been going on for decades. The indoctrination of "Black Liberation Theology" is the cause. This is merely a dogma introduced by Soviet "Fellow Travelers" mainly starting in the 1960's. It's subjective morality is based on Marxist-Leninism and is clearly anti-Constitutional. The establishment of the Dept. of Education has greatly furthered this indoctrination. It is a collective religious ideology, based on the subjective morality of Victimhood and Entitlement, rather than one of individual Freedom and Equality in the Constitutional sense.

Once you indoctrinate someone to believe that they are oppressed in a collective sense and are therefore entitled to other's Freedom, it is inevitable the some will eventually consider that they are entitled to taking the very lives of others, as what is now happening.

I prefer wood to plastic, leather to nylon, waxed cotton to Gore-Tex, and split bamboo to graphite.
