Per capita, murderers occur in the Black population at six times the rate murderers occur in the White population. Are you disputing that?

Most Blacks are not criminals. Most of the victims of Black criminals are Blacks. But, compared to Whites, Blacks have a very high rate of criminality, along with their high rates of police interactions, being shot by policeman, and being incarcerated.


No, I don't think there is a conspiracy. I do think that there are more variables that lead to the the crime statistics then just the race of the demographic you are looking at.
