I've always suspected Ebonics was Obama's 1st language since he apparently can't decipher(comprehend?) the statement from this shooter that he wanted to kill Whites and especially White police officers!

Obama quote:
"First of all, I think it's very hard to untangle the motivers(sic) of this shooter," said Obama. "I'll leave that to psychologists and people who study these kinds of incidents...I think the danger is that we somehow suggest the act of a troubled individuals speaks to some larger political statement across the country."

And this idiot has been occupying the White House for the past 8 years! Maybe that's why when mobs of Iranians and other radical Islamics chant "Kill all Americans" that's difficult to "decipher" as well.
It also apparent he can't read either as anyone who has seen the signs that the Blacks display at their BLM rallies can testify.
