I disagree it is possible for a democrat to believe in the same second amendment I do and further 100% oppose guns bans and be a life member of the NRA, just as there are republicans who believe the opposite.
That said, they are an inconsequential minority in their party.
Really: The just how do you support your party's nominee who has repeatedly insinuated she wants to modify the intent of the 2nd Amendment or get rid of it entirely?
