The gentleman that ran Skeets passed away, so you will have to find a different option. Greg there are machinist calipers to measure hole ID. They are made with two arms that scissor around a central pivot point. the ends touching the wall internal surfaces are mirrored on the other end, like a very shallow X then you measure the outer end of the X. As with all measuring devices, using the tool and being able to use it well takes practice. Try to find a Skeets before they dry up, or invite the Col. up and have him bring all his stuff.
