I paid a visit to Puglisi's in Duluth before Jack passed away. Ended up buying a nice Prussian Daly lightweight from him at what I thought was a reasonable price. He was very forthcoming about how Bill Jaqua was very helpful when Jack was just starting in the business. Of course dealers are in competition with each other to a certain extent, but what I've seen and heard is a lot of mutual respect and friendship. Interesting, I think, in a world that tends to be hyper-competitive.
