There will be a "Shooter's Reception" on Saturday evening after the Fox-Parker Challenge shoot-off and the Manufacturer's Cup shoot-off, should commence around 5:30ish. This party is endorsed by all 4 of the Collectors Associations (Fox, Lefever, Parker & Smith) and will consist of heavy hor's douvres and beverages. The cost per head is $15. If you are a member of AHFCA or LACA, please contact your Board officers for info on covering most of your cost for the party. We (Rock Mountain) ask that if you plan on attending the party that you RSVP us at the lodge at 570-965-7625 no later than the evening of Sept 21. The caterer needs an accurate head count by then.
