I have seen this before and I doubt its a spoof
many years ago I worked with a woman who came to work still very upset. Seems the evening before she was cruising in her brand new Miata down a semi rural road and barely missed hitting a deer.
I said that area has a high deer population - and that she should not have been going that fast
her response-
not her fault ----> the deer was not using the crossing - it was farther down the road You doubt it's a spoof? Clearly those who doubt have not had much interaction with city bred and raised women!  Jim

It is easy to envision such person existing. I mean, people believe in: "trickle down economics, earth being five or six thousand years old, we can deregulate free markets and still keep good paying jobs here, we can have tax breaks and at same time realize deficit reduction,...... The list goes on and on.

Believe it. Years ago I received a nice promotion as the manager of a Large Busuness Jet Service center. Along with the promotion came a excecutive assistant by the name of Ronda. A strikingly beautiful 22 year old young lady, which the prior manager had hired through a temp agency 3 months prior. Within a few days I had figured out that Rhonda was a little nieve. Something many of the pilots really enjoyed and got a kick out of.
My real clue was one day when I received a call asking for support for an aircraft that had some maintenance grounding issues in Ruidoso New Mexico.
I figured the best way was to send a couple of techs to Albuquerquen NM and then rent a car for a drive to Ruidoso.
Calling Rhonda in to my office I asked if she could call a couple of techs up and see if they could do a quick trip to help our customer out. I explained the flight plan and rental car requirements and she seemed to grasp the task on hand.
My concerns with her ability was escalated when she informed me that we could not send just any tech, we need ones with passports.
Rhonda, they are going to New Mexico not Mexico. Her response was yea.... I know!!! Took a moment to explain New Mexico was part of the USA.

When I was younger I was out in a boat on LI Sound with a young lady I was pursuing at the time.
It was about an hour before low tide so the water was moving fairly strongly. We passed by a harbor buoy that was leaned over fairly well with the water rushing around it. She inquired as to what kind of power it had beneath the surface to make it move so fast.
My problem lies in reconciling my gross habits with my net income.

Beautiful but brainless is far-easier to tolerate when you are young and lustful. As time wears on, however, you realize that there is a significant down-side to all that vacant-eyed and slack-jawed brainlessness. Inevitably, these people replicate shamelessly.... and then they start to vote.

A buddy of mine had a girlfriend who questioned the PED Xing sign by asking, "What's a PED?" She was outrageously hot so easily forgiven.

Near the Mexico-New Mexico border some road signs are in both English and Spanish. My late friend Johnny Wright had a young lady convinced that the "Danger Peligro" signs' purpose was to indicate areas where dangerous and vicious animals called "Peligros" hung out.

Yup- the world is full of dumb blondes that are clueless. One of them is running for the POTUS job, I hear. Women-- can't live with them, can't kill'em-- words of wisdom from the movie The Shining-- Remember it is rumored that Vladimir Putin hates her. That alone is enough to pass on her. While HRC qualified to be POTUS by experience she was not held liable for her server/e-mail fiasco. She also voted for war in Iraq and supported our disastrous interventions in Libya, Egypt and Syria.
