If your double barrel jiggles side to side, but not up and down, what area is typically the culprit and how is the problem corrected?

your gun is off face. weld the hook or replace the pivot pin.

If it is open, not a big deal. if closed, it's off face. Replace the hinge pin, piece in or weld the hook.

Concur, definitely off face, get repaired.
As previously described, either pin replacement or welding On hook

I learn something every day, and a lot of times it's that what I learned the day before was wrong

You might try contacting SKB, he was CNCing making the parts to replace in the Parker, to tighten it up.

And so am I. I have Parker roll joints available in 3 different oversized diameters.
