Free and fair-minded people don't approve of fringes dominating the conversation. Vitriol never improved quality of life.
If we're all so different, what's the big worry to make us all the same. I'm going to have to look up that word, vitriol, and go back through Jim's comment and see if I can find some.
I think what's troubling you is that Jim brought up many things that aren't so easy to categorize, but that isn't true. Some would say those things can all be lumped together, in a basket so to speak. Are you familiar with the deplorables?
