I am new to drillings and would like some input on this one. It is a Fortuna, marked Suhl in 12x12 over 7x57R, supposedly made in the late 80's; the serial no. is 4928. The scope in claw mounts is a Zeiss Diatal 6x42. Overall, the gun appears to be in 95% or better condition. I would think it is a low grade drilling, but I am looking for a working gun. I would appreciate anyone with knowledge of these guns sharing it with me and an estimate of it's worth.
Also, there is only one adjustment turret on the scope, so I assume windage adjustment is done by the screws on the claw mount. Can anyone help me out on this?
