Sounds interesting and a shame about the barrels.
Now that we have the rebounding lock dates down, what is the opinion of the very original looking black and white Damascus. I had always thought that English guns were ALWAYS brown and white.
I, of course, must keep in mind that the gun may have been refurbished, but having owned several guns in known original finish, cannot believe that this one was touched. If it were, it was done by the master of all masters and I don't think it was ever in Pennsylvania.LOL
