Around here there is no better value for the money than second-hand Ithaca 37. Two guns were examined at LGS about month ago:

1. Ca. 1955 "Pre-Supreme Grade" with fancy checkered stock and 30" Full barrel solid rib. It was rare variant produced in low numbers for few years in the 1950s. Excellent original condition $599.

2. More recently 200th anniversary of USA model ca. 1976. Excellent original condition $559.

There was no going wrong with either of those guns. These were far, far better values than typical Model 12 in top shape.
