Stan, Yes, it would be great if we could all get together and shoot at the Open, or any other shoot.
Many spectacular performances this year at the Nationals. I shot one squad ahead of Rick Mein in the K-Cup where he shot a perfect score. When Rick's on, he's really tough. As well, there were some prtetty spectacular scores posted by some young shooters - the future of clays looks pretty good. In particular, if you ever get a chance to meet Grace Callahan, take it. She's young, bubbly without a hint of ego, and she CAN shoot. An up and comer.
Bill - well, how appropriat that he follow his hall of fame induction with another national championship. I had a chance to sit and talk with him on Saturday, and he is a genuinely congenial man who loves to shoot and does it well.
