I would say the future looks bleak for most old pumps. Here best seller in used gun racks here is Wingmaster 12ga with Light Contour barrel and RemChokes or 20ga Wingmaster with choke tubes. The only pumps that sell better are those police-type guns with extended magazine tubes. Found a wonderful sample of 870 Magnum variety with parkerized finish, 20" heavy cyl barrel with ball bearing in barrel lug, bead sight, 3" chamber, oversize safety, Scattergun Technologies two shot extension, solid plastic follower with extra strength spring, forged extractor, stained hardwood stock oversized sling swivels with Remington marked recoil pad. To experienced combat shotgun buyer it has all the desirable features. I will have them check if it functions with 2&1/4" SG shot loads. If it does I'm going to buy it.
