It's not my gun. It is one that is for sale. I think for this particular gun it would be cost prohibitive if paying to have it repaired. If one could do the work themselves that would be another story. It is a hammer gun from probably pre 1890.

If they were not damascus barrels (I know, not really a problem) I would have bought it by now.
The seller listed two hammer guns, the second is a back action sxs with Jones under-lever, said to be a bit loose! (Odd for a Jones)
No name listed, so hard to tell if well made.
A Purdey, no doubt............

I've resoldered underlugs also replaced and soldered in new replacement underlugs on several muzzle loaders I've purchased. In each case it was an easy job. Too bad it's in Canada, I'd be interested in it if importation wasn't such a potential PITA.

I have purchased three pre 1899 guns in Canada. They were just put in the Canadian mail to me and the US Post Office did their part. Each shipper attached a note that the gun was an antique, but I am not sure that is a requirement.

My English gunsmith would tell you all the ribs likely need to be re-laid. Unfortunately, I've been down this road before.

Pretty common in my experience. The last three doubles I've bought all needed lower rib re-soldering.
