Just so you know, you can do pretty good bore/chamber/throat "casting" w/o Cerrosafe or anything other than a just lead and a piece of brass, a good strong rod, tape, and a hammer.
Yes, I'm aware of "pound casts" of chambers, but I wont ever use the method. I just don't care to pound lead into the chamber of any old gun I own. I know lots of folks do it successfully, but I'm just not one who wants to. I don't find Cerrosafe to be a problem, and have used it for many decades without a problem.
