Yeah, but I'm still not happy with the results. I was even trying to do a PH set with one tube Black, and one Brown. Fault management on the Black tube was difficult when Browning the other one. I'll hopefully get the before/after one's done, along with the display case in the next couple of weeks for Vegas.
I'm in the last RenWax phase on your tubes today, So I hope to get'em in the mail Wed, along with some samples for testing.
Another member has sent me a section of High-Grade Parker tubes, a much finer pattern than found on D Grades, do you need a chunk of that one for testing?
Regards Ken

I prefer wood to plastic, leather to nylon, waxed cotton to Gore-Tex, and split bamboo to graphite.

Ken, does this mean you have almost finished your latest run?? No, that one is just beginning. I lost so much time due to my hand problem.. So much of the final polishing (actually, all of it!) has to be done by hand, it slowed the completion of the last run, all of which had been colored, neutralized, and cured, but not polished and coated. I'm still in the prep and initial etch stage with the current run.
