Please help identify the possible maker of this 16 gauge SxS boxlock; it has uncut Krupp 29 3/8" barrels, 2 9/16" chambers, and weighs 6 lbs.
Pardon the number of pics, but I wanted to give as much information on the gun as possible. There is no maker's name and the serial number is 155.

Until someome more knowledgeable comes along, I will say proofed in Suhl, Germany sometime between 1912-1922. The nitro stamp on the barrel puts it 1912 or later, the lack of a 3 or 4 digit date stamp makes it earlier than 1923. U,W,S are standard German proof marks.

True & tubes sourced from the Schilling forge. Kerner-Anson platform, which was a staple from here forward

The gun is clearly German. Maybe the confusion is because it was brought back from Austria, by a GI that thought it was made there.

The script H of the 155H points to the pool of H mechanics in Suhl. Any stamps on the left side of either fore or aft lug.

I take it there is no maker on the rib? I have the exact same actioned gun in a 20g. Ejector that is now a 30/30 double rifle. The maker on the original rib is a H. Barella and marked Berlin & Suhl. Engraving is different than yours as well as some other small details. But the action is exactly the same. proofs too.

I always assumed it was an action supplied to the trade by Sauer or something.
