I have been using 7625 ever since Sherman Bell posted some load data on low pressure loads in his series of articles in DGJ many years ago. Not in huge numbers of reloads, but working pretty good on an eight pound can of it. I recall you telling about your problem with it years ago, yet I have never had any problem with it down to sub-freezing temperatures. This is not in any way a dispute of your problems with it, but just a question. Is it possible that your bloopers could have been caused by a wad issue, such as too little wad pressure, or a particular wad that caused the same effect as lower wad pressure can cause? It is my understanding that this can lead to, or cause, inefficient burn with some powders.
