This is hard for me to understand, unless you have never hunted ducks in flooded green timber.

Restricted? What do you want to do, shoot them sitting down or lying down? There are only so many shooting positions that are possible with a shotgun.

Boring? Boring is sitting in a tree stand waiting for a big buck to work a scrape line.
