I cut my hulls down using a home made dowel with a blade. I think someone sells them? Very quick cutting hulls, and makes a clean cut. I also have a screw in the bottom of the dowel to adjust the hieght of the cut. Very important to adjust for your particular recipe, and still get a nice final crimp.

Life is too short to have a 'hate on' for so many things or people. Isn't it?
