Fusil, and others, thanks for the informative list. I'll have to start reaching out taking other post information into account as well.
I've had work done in the past by Foster which, with a small quibble (loose solder rattling under the rib), was very well done. Sleeving doesn't seem as common here in the US so I'm curious about the resources available here.
