NE as in Nebraska, or as in Northeast? If the latter, New England Custom Gun does good work and knows rifles. Ask for Mark Cromwell https://www.newenglandcustomgun.com/Gun_Services/index.asp

Craig Libhardt of Susquehanna Gunworks does very nice work. If you live in the Northeast I also recommend Craig Libhardt. He is a first class stockmaker!

Dan Rossiter at Custom Stocks and Steel was just accepted in the Customs Firearms Guild as a Stockmaker in January. He's in North Central Pa. www.customstocksandsteel.com
