Well, had Kirk Merrington look at the gun today and good news and ok news. The ok news was it's a low end gun from around 1890ish (+/-10) but made in London (Birmingham Proof marks) and Nitro Proofed by Birmingham 1992. Bores honed and chambered to 70 mm before proof.

The good news is it's in really good shape.
Barrels 18.2 mm (as proofed)
Barrels thickness .050"
Chambers 70 mm (as proofed)
Nitro proofed to 1200 BAR
Action very tight
Stock in very good shape, no cracks and finish very nice.

Only thing that needed tweaking were the firing pins. On test firing, Kirk thought the pin penetrated to deep into the primer so he shortened them a little. Second test firing was perfect.

Here are some better photos (can't figure out how to get a Dropbox photo into the body of the text):

All in all I'm pretty happy with the purchase. Got a really good looking gun I can shoot. What more is there.

Thanx for the all the input.
