It looks as though we've reached a stalemate Gladys, I mean old colonel. You can't understand why I can't let go of past behaviors that came from King or Ed, etc., and in the same breath, you inform me that you refuse to let go of my behavior because you disapprove of it.
You obviously are kind of dumb. I don't imagine that you see any sort of hypocrisy in what you have said. Hypocrites never do.
But in case you missed it, I have repeatedly stated that I made the decision to keep King's incessant dishonesty and anti-gun rhetoric front and center, rather than permitting him to dance away from it when things got a bit too warm for him, as happened so frequently in the past.
You see, a lot of people like you had extremely short memories, and they were easily diverted and fooled by King's fake civility. Even more of them were impressed by the fictional internet persona he projected here. It wasn't easy for some to see King's fictional Camelot come crashing down. A number of grown men were, and still are, crushed and angry to hear the news that someone they admired and idolized was little more than a bloviator who used his fake persona as a tool to advance liberalism, socialism, and his anti-2nd Amendment agenda. I wouldn't be surprised if you are one of them.
For others, such as Last Dollar, it was more than just short term memory that motivated them to always rise up to defend King. It became obvious that a lot of them shared the same mindset and Liberal left beliefs. One could always count on the same Lefties to rise up to defend King's anti-gun rhetoric by always using the same old fake civility ruse. They pretended to be Conservative and pro-2nd Amendment, but over time, you could see it was always the same few guys who got their panties in a wad any time a pro-gun rights topic would get posted.
Like you they would whine and cry... piss and moan... stomp their feet and act hurt because the purity of this special place had become tainted by a non-double gun thread. Yet at the same time, you could see that they themselves initiated or participated in dozens of totally non-double gun threads.
I continue to believe that you are no different. You have a million lame excuses for why you aren't at all offended by dishonest and Trolling behavior that comes from Ed or King. Oh, you say you are, but as I pointed out several times now, you haven't started any threads to point out their behavior, or began a self-righteous crusade to modify or change their behavior.
You operate under the same guise of fake civility, but I must admit that you play the part better than some of the other fakes like Last Dollar or King, who preached civility, but then engaged in their own brand of name calling and dishonesty. But it is your selective outrage that betrays your hidden agenda. It is apparent which bait you reliably rise to attack, and which you choose to ignore.
You deftly danced away from my questions about why you said absolutely nothing about the Trolling by Ed and King that led up to the eventual demise of the Second Amendment Informational Thread that had a place of honor at the very top of the Thread Topics for the main double gun forum. They violated the ground rules. They both engaged in disruptive thread diversions. And you were silent. And now you expect us to believe that you rarely visited Misfires, and are ignorant of what was posted there, when I know for a fact that isn't quite true. Others may forget that you posted there, but I haven't. While I have no desire to see Misfires re-opened, the locking of Misfires has allowed a number of folks to disavow what they said or did there. When I have some time, I'll replay a few of your Misfires posts to remind you that you aren't being totally honest with us here. It will be something like having King hawker a big green loogie down your throat as he did to his dog!
Of course, you are less likely than most to understand or accept this because you are rather dim-witted. I don't expect you to accept it either, because I have recognized that you obviously have your own agenda. Canvasback pointed out to you several days ago that the attacks on our gun rights by the Left are relentless. He also pointed out the behavior of the FUDDS we have who do nothing to help the cause of gun rights, and may actually hurt the cause by providing aid and comfort to the opposition and enemy. We can see that you just bristle at the thought of keeping the anti-gun words of King or Ed front and center where they can't hide or run away from them anymore. In the end, your promise to continue your attacks on me will backfire in your face, because they will only give me a platform to keep their anti-gun rhetoric alive rather than allowing them to sweep it under the carpet.
You can deny and defend, but we see where you're really coming from. I do not believe you are being at all honest about your motivations here. I base my opinions of you solely and completely upon your actions here. By the way, did you know that Miss Manners has her own website? Knock yourself out!
