Ken61 Sidelock Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 2,862 Iowa	You can "Kill two birds with one stone" by buying an infrared thermometer that has the feature of allowing a K type thermocouple to be attached. I prefer wood to plastic, leather to nylon, waxed cotton to Gore-Tex, and split bamboo to graphite.
