I have a 12 Bore double rifle that weighs 13 pounds, underlever hammer 3" chambers and 28" perfect bores in the steel barrels.90% case colors and locks up as new. It appears to have two proofs. One shows P131P which I am not familiar with and the second shows G191P that means 191 grains of black powder or 7 drams. It was made by P Webley in 1896 and sold to Lyon and Lyon. Thanks for your help!
