DukDok, Note that choke constriction is a diameter change whereas wall thickness is a radius change. Ergo, 0.004" change in choke constriction equal 0.002" change in wall thickness.

The proposed choke alterations are well within the practical wall thickness range. Also note that Greener proved that "foil" thickness will hold the choke pressure. However, it is not practical to resist deformation from normal bumps and dings.

I'd second that the amounts of choke alteration approach trivial.
