Cheating? I will say that I hold in the highest regard a true marksman. Whether sniper or target shooter. But it is the benchrest crowd that has pushed the envelope of extreme accuracy. They purposefully remove as much of the human factor so the equipment can be perfected. Only then, with the best tools, can the sniper do his work.
