It's that time of year again (where I must travel East w/my family to participate in my wife's family reunion for a week or so). Every time I go east of the Mississippi, I struggle to find good ways to entertain myself. The time of year further complicates things (too-blasted hot, muggy & buggy [damn ticks!]). As usual, I'm looking for a place to shoot or fish or even sightsee a bit. Any suggestions here for interesting destinations? My fallback position (at the moment) is the East Branch of the Delaware for a little fishing, but that is a bit far from my lodgings in New Hope. Anything a little closer?
