The same thing happened to me a few years ago shooting my 1952 Beretta Model 410. Only worse. I was on a dove shoot and noticed the ejectors quit, but kept shooting till I had a limit. The bottom rib was off for about 12 inches and bent in waves. Like SKB said above, the lug was loose as well.

Mike Orlen took off the rib straightened it out and re-laid it for me. Re-blued as well of course. He kept it a long time, but didn't charge me nearly what the job was worth. I've been regular customer ever since...Geo
