Thanks for all the information. I just found out there may be a problem with the trip since my son just took a new job. It may be a last minute thing depending on his schedule.
I also am comcerned with overdoing it with my dog. She is young and in good shape but I remember what both of us were like after 5 days of hunting in South Dakota last year. If this trip comes together it may be best to do only a couple days of flat land hunting before heading to SD.
