No nerve of mine hit, what's afoot is that you've stepped in it, again.

Four times in the first two pages of this thread you made statements that were overblown, exaggerated, and factually incorrect. I called you on it, and you revealed once again that you are merely a poser in love with the sound of your own voice. And of course, that once done, you kick it into troll high gear.

yOu say'n Lowel loves the tingle of the keys under his finger tips...

I was surprised when thin barrel walls weren't discussed under his post about finely struck barrels.

Joe, the finest compositions of the old Masters are fingernails (the barrel denting kind) on a blackboard to Glentroll when faced with the choice of listening to them or clacketyclacking away on his keyboard gibbering nonsense.

Regarding the potential horrors of barrel denting, one thing is interesting to me: some people and their guns are like Pigpen in the Peanuts cartoon. They can hunt on a preserve with a brand new gun and after a few trips their guns are dented, dinged, scratched and look like a Missouri farmer's pickemuptruck.

Other people can brush bust a northern Michigan tag alder swamp for 3 days with a new gun and it looks better than it did when it came out of the box. Why is that?

One and the same, Trollthorn. Someone needs to counter your misinformation parade. How are the poachers doing at your place this year? Should be some fawns spit roasting every weekend in the surrounding county, don't you think?
