My DGJ's are in deep storage but my best guess is around 1998 or 99. I dug out my good camera and I am charging up its battery so I will try to get some decent photos to post here. The article also included photos of the EEO Krupp barrels I own. I also own a CEO 12 GA with 2 7/8" chambers I have not shot yet. That one will probably be next in line. Like I mentioned I just started shooting sporting clays a few years ago and mostly to improve my hits in the duck blind and as such most of my shooting was with semiautos or overunders. I shot my CZ Ringneck at clay targets for the first time 2 weeks ago. I guess that I am a late bloomer at 72 but better late than never.

MJS, I just got home from being away for 10 days. Thanks for the guess as to the dates. That narrows it down nicely. I'll dig up the article and post the issue number here.

Beautiful gun!

For those interested, this gun was the subject of an article published in the DGJ by Charles Semmer. It appeared in Volume 11 (2000) Issue 4, starting on page 135.

Mike, if it wasn't for the 1300 mile drive I would take you up on that offer.

My pleasure, MJS. Took a little more work than I expected. But that's only because that was back when Charlie had an article in every issue!! Lol

MJS, thanks for the pictures. Remingtons are my current area of study. Nice case colors too!
