It took more than a little work to get my 9000h 410 to reload flawlessly. I bought an extra thick shell holder plate off Bay which reduced 90% of the 410 tendency to tip as they moved from station to station. When it is properly tuned up you can easily load 400 plus shells an hour all day long. Faster when I get into it but then I'll get a peice of shot into the collet or run out of shot, powder or primers. When ever I have to add another 200 primers I take a minute to give the machine a quick cleaning. Crud just seems to appear.

I have a set of the 9000h and a Spolar with 12 and 28 tooling. Both have their advantages but for the money MEC is hard to beat.

This is the after market upgrade for the .410 loader. It decreases the tipping of the shells as they rotate. Works very well. Cost 40.00 and well worth it. Not my invention and I have no interest in it but I wish I did. They also make one for the 28 loader.

Same fellow makes a primer post that is adjustable that allows you to seat primers perfectly. A lot of the problems I had with small shells was related to primers not being flush and causing them to tip as they were moved.

Very nice.

That's why I stayed away from a 410 progressive, the things are only half invented.

Looks like a good mod, hope the guy makes a mint finishing MEC's design work.

We need him to work on the collet mousetrap next.
