Some months ago, I asked Ken if he could do something "Remington-like" on a Remington 17 I had. I knew I wouldn't ever find an engaved "17". Here are the results, John Gillette at Classic Guns did the blue. Not the best photography but you get the idea. Simply spectacular!! http://home.tx.rr.com/thenoblehouse/srn/granite

Yep,Carbona blue on the action. Rust blue on the barrels. Plan to take some doves with it.

Granite, I am thinking of have my 17 upgraded as well. I know who I will go to for the engraving. Is there any chance you could post a few pics of the wood work as well? Great looking gun enjoy it!
