Nice looking gun but I can't believe that they would let it out of the shop with lacquer overrun like that. Gotta be something else. Gotta be.
I've quit having actions lacquered. I think the colors need to be worn down a bit - at least that's my taste and the lacquering makes most coloring look too bright.
The fitting of the stock to the receiver is remincent of the old 1885 Winchester. That is a notoriously hard stock to fit and also not the strongest for heavy recoiling rifles. Any chance that these guns come with a through-bolt as standard or optional equipment?
