How can you tell one from the other. I'm sure the epoxy is harder.
I'm sure that stockers who bend regularly know by experience which stocks they can bend and those to avoid.
I'm looking at a 1960's Beretta and really not sure whether it is a high polished oil finish or polyurethane. It is a S series (not SO) gun.
