No surprise there. I've ran into the same situation several times. Some people don't know whether to include the rib extension. And some people couldn't give you a ballpark measurement of a yardstick. I've also bought both 16 and 10 gauge guns from actual gun dealers who should know better, that were. advertised as 12 gauge. Sadly, it's sometimes tough to make an informed decision even when you ask very specific questions.
