The first gun, Verney Carron - SN A1477 - trying to figure out what the "A" stands for..."S" was Sagitarius..has to be a model? Or does it? Anyone have an idea how VC numbered their guns? A lot seem to have a letter in front of a 3 or 4 digit number. It's offered for $15,000? which seems cher.

Here's a VC side lock on naturabuy for Euro 3,200...with colors every bit as good (maybe a little garish for America taste? and with stock lengthened, chambered for 65 and a 12ga). (Ted..it's left-handed).
