2 Samuel 1:27 "How the mighty have fallen!"

Even their biggest shotgun successes, the 1100 and 870, had errors in design, IMO. I have the 1100 my Dad gave me on my 16th b'day. It has had the magazine tube come out of the receiver twice ........... they were soldered in. This is just dumb. Other makes were simply threaded in. Some even have the same threads on each end so that when one portion of the tube gets worn, or rough, you can just swap ends.

Hindsight is 20/20, tho'.
