Isn't a Fox D Grade simply a dressed up Fox A Grade?
Seems to me the gun making community has a long history of making and selling the same design built to different levels of quality and ornamentation.
True virtually all the gunmakers made guns to the same basic design with different levels of ornamentation & perhaps also to different levels of workmanship in the fitting.
However a Fox A & a Fox D are both Fox designed & built guns. Personally I do not see any direct connection between Christian Hunter & RBL.
