Note that on the Greener the strikers are not actually Fastened to the hammers.
The projection on the breast of the hammer simply engages the lug on the striker to withdraw it when cocked. When the hammer falls the projection moves out of the way & the hammer Hits the striker in the normal fashion. Personally I would deem this a much, much Better System than pinning the striker to the hammer.
